Can you post some stats like # of bedrooms, sq. feet, driving time to Sabana Sur, estimated rental price, GPS coordinates, etc...

Adam,has 3 bedrooms,2 baths,drive time to Sabana,with traffic prob about 25 mins,without 15.Don't know the square footage.It's in the mountains in San Antonio De Escazu.Has an amazing view. Don't know what he is asking. If I didn't buy a house,I would still be there. Still can't get the Lincoln.My new house is further up the mountain.

No,not furnished. I think he is asking 700$ a month. Very cool house. Anyone who is should take a ride up and look at it.Only 2 other houses up there. The rest is all farm land. You will need a 4 wheel drive if you live there.

How much for a beach house from Jan - April?....I have got to come down there....Judge whats the story with the restaurant for sale in Escazu? Overpriced? I must sound like an idiot but the only time I was in that hemisphere was a weekend stranded in Merida, Mexico; and an overnight in Chitza Nitza. I loved Merida....they had some kind of festival going on and I was the only gringo....no American TV but an awsome pool; also some great people...even lost at 3 a.m. I felt safe.

Glaken,it depends on how big a house and which beach. I think the resteraunt deal sounds a little steep.but not knowing exactly which place it is,it's hard to tell. Hope you do make it down for a visit.
